Windows 10 - Uninstall a program

This one is for Ken....  How to get to the program 'uninstall' page in Windows 10 and what to do when you get there .......

Windows 10 has changed the way you get to the Control Panel and the 'Programs' page. There are a couple of ways to find it but this is the one that I use -

1) place your cursor on the Windows 10 'Start' icon (as in the pic below) then click the right mouse button (or the right button on the pad)

(Just as an aside,  everywhere in Windows, a right-click on the mouse or pad will only show pop-up menus. The type of menu will depend on where you have the cursor e.g. if the cursor is on the desktop the menu will only show options for the desktop.)

2) On the pop-up menu, select the 'Programs and Features' option at the top of the menu -

3) The Programs and Features page will open up as shown in the pic below -

4) Scroll down the list until you find the program that you want to get rid off, then place the cursor on the program name and click the right mouse button (or press the right pad button).

A small button will appear saying something like 'Uninstall' or 'Uninstal/Change'. Click on the button to get rid of the program.
